The location was absolutely amazing, right in the heart of town and close to the ski lift. Being able to walk everywhere was a huge plus, no waiting for ski buses in the morning! The nearby glacier mountain was definitely worth a visit, even though it took just 30 minutes on a packed ski bus. The staff at the residence were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the hotel manager. The apartment itself was in fantastic condition, with all the amenities we needed including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The building had a convenient lift, and everything was very clean. We also appreciated the laundry facilities on-site. the location, the friendly staff, and the excellent condition of the apartment made our stay incredibly enjoyable.

We had a very nice stay in Zell am See near to center, Zell am See and centre of Zell am. We could go to Villa Crazy Daisy just 800 feet away.

I liked the apartment even though some things didn't work.

During our stay at Alpenparks Residence Zell Am See, we found the location to be absolutely perfect for our family. The ski buses depart directly in front of the hotel, which made it incredibly convenient to reach the slopes and explore the picturesque region of Zell am See-Kaprun. The extensive winter and snowshoe hiking offers allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the stunning winter landscape of Salzburg Land. , the holiday region of Zell am See-Kaprun is a paradise for lovers of winter sports, with 408 kilometers of slopes and 121 lifts, providing endless fun for both kids and adults alike.

For dads, it would be great to have more organized activities specifically designed for families with children.

During my recent business trip to Zell am See, my director chose Alpenparks Residence as our accommodation. As an avid hiker and mountain climber, I was instantly enchanted by the perfectly signposted trails that surrounded the hotel. The lush green pastures and challenging climbs offered an incredible experience for all levels of difficulty. the facilities at Alpenparks Residence were top-notch, providing a comfortable and convenient stay. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the hotel staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.

The beginning of our stay was a bit hectic as we were given the wrong code for the locker and the keys were not left in the locker.

I chose Alpenparks Residence for its great location near Lake Zell. The professional staff at the Apartment Zell am See pleasantly surprised me with their availability and helpfulness, especially with providing information on various routes and lending equipment. I also loved the delicious selection of locally produced honey, bread, cheese, bacon, schnapps. the weekly market on the town square offers fantastic seasonal and regional delicacies.

No air conditioning, no bidet.

Great location in the center of town, close to the lift. No need to wait for a ski bus in the morning. We even took a trip to the glacier mountain which was well worth it, only a 30-minute ride on a packed ski bus. Spacious and sunny apartment with a friendly Alpenparks staff who did their best to quickly resolve any issues. The manager even offered a discounted final bill. I would recommend this hotel.

the kitchen was comprehensive, complete with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and toaster. the apartment had two bedrooms, each offering a choice of either four single beds or two king-size beds. the two well-appointed bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet, were a nice touch. the location was strategic, being close to the village center and the serene lake. the check-in process was seamless and the staff exhibited remarkable cooperation. Guests were generously provided with the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card, which offered discounts and free entry to many attractions. I highly recommend Alpenparks Residence for its outstanding level of service and the comfortable accommodations provided.

The Alpenparks Residence is spotless and located right in the center. You can easily walk to everything - including the ski lift. The staff is super helpful - especially the lady at reception who went out of her way to help me with a delivery.
